We maintain greige-goods agreements with many of our fabric suppliers to help ensure that your selected fabric remains available for future additions and replacements. These agreements also allow us to maintain consistent quality standards and reduce the risk of supply-chain interruptions.
We use only first-quality materials that meet DeMoulin’s standards of excellence. We will not compromise quality or cut corners simply to offer a less expensive uniform. Quality Control
DeMoulin uses a statistical auditing process throughout production and again before final shipment.
During each stage of manufacturing, three garments are randomly selected from every group of 10 or fewer. If no errors are found, the group advances to the next stage of production. If one or more errors are identified, every garment in that group is inspected and any necessary adjustments or repairs are completed.
The same process is repeated during the final inspection before the uniforms are approved for shipment.

DeMoulin snap hems alternate male and female snaps every half inch, providing exceptional security while allowing up to 11 inches of trouser-length adjustment.

Shako Strong Box
Every DeMoulin shako includes a Plasti-Pak strong-box carrying case made from high-density polypropylene. The case is capable of withstanding up to 300 pounds of pressure, helping protect the shako during transportation and storage.
Fresh-Guard® Odor Control
Fresh-Guard odor-control strips are available exclusively on DeMoulin coats and trousers, helping garments stay fresher throughout the season.
