THE DEMOULIN ADVANTAGE

Product

DeMoulin offers the most comprehensive uniform construction options to meet your specific needs. We have the largest selection of fabric options in the marketplace including traditional fabrics such as Merino Wool, Raeford Mills Dacron/Wool Blends, 100% Synthetic active wear fabrics and ReJuvitex (our Certified Environmentally Friendly Fabric). We have “Grey Goods” contracts with many of our suppliers to assure your fabric choice will be available for years to come without an interruption in the supply chain. This assures all goods are 1st quality and will meet our standards of excellence. DeMoulin does not use second quality.
Quality Control
DeMoulin Utilizes a Statistical Auditing technique both in-process (while each piece of the uniform is being manufactured) and before final shipment. A brief description of this process is as follows: 3 units are selected at random from within a grouping of 10 or less. If 0 errors are found the grouping moves to the next stage of production. However, if 1 or more errors are detected the entire grouping of 10 or less is inspected and repairs/adjustments are made at that time. This same process is followed for final uniform inspection before shipment.
Some things which set DeMoulin apart:
  • Sweat shields contain Sanogiene Anti-Microbial Protection. Sanogiene is an EPA approved patented technology which kills bacteria in textiles.
  • Most secure snap hems. By alternating male and female snaps every ½ inch on the snap tape, you get the most security possible from snap hems. DeMoulin also gives you 11 inches of adjustment in the trousers.
  • Ability to pattern to nearly any size student. We have patterns graded for all shapes and sizes of student.
  • Each shako includes a plasti-pak “strong box” carry case made from high density polypropylene capable of withstanding 300 pounds of pressure.
  • Fresh-Guard odor control strips are exclusively available on coats and trousers from DeMoulin.
  • Brass Zippers are used instead of less expensive plastic.

Personal Service

DeMoulin has the most comprehensive service in the industry. All our Representatives are employed full time by DeMoulin uniforms and are focused on outfitting your program without distractions.
DeMoulin customer service begins with your Regional Sales Manager, Chris McCurdy, working with you. If needed that will be on site at the school. We then work with the customer service department at DeMoulin home offices to work through a resolution if you have issues.
Sizing/Fitting Services
  • Your Regional Sales Manager, Chris McCurdy, will be on site to do sizing for your band. Whether you choose to stock size or measure, you’ll not have to do the sizing yourself.
  • Every DeMoulin Sales Representative is highly trained in uniform fitting, uniform patterning, and uniform distribution. It is the responsibility of the Sales Representative to provide the initial fitting, assess the stock sizes by utilizing over ten years of stored data. This best practice offers a uniform size range based on the programs specific gender ratio, geographical location, marching style, and a sizing snapshot of the students currently in the program.
  • We are the ONLY manufacture that offers a Software program that will AUTO ASSIGN the uniforms. This intuitive program has been proven successful time and time again, with rave customer reviews. With every purchase of a DeMoulin Uniform this software is free of charge.
The program assesses the sizing needs of your band to provide a best “fit” roster from year to year. It also includes the following features:
  • Garment Bag Labeling
  • Uniform Rental Agreements
  • Uniform Management
  • 24/7 Auto Roster Download
  • Manage Parent Contact Information
