  • Initial artwork concepts delivered in 5–10 business days
  • Design revisions completed over 1–6 weeks
  • Final artwork approved before sampling begins

📦 Sample Development

  • Detailed design review meeting
  • Sample produced within approximately 21–30 days
  • Customer evaluates fit, appearance, and functionality
  • Adjustments made if needed

✔️ Approvals & Sizing

  • School approvals
  • Booster approvals
  • Competitive bidding (if required)
  • Student measurements completed
  • Purchase order submitted

🏭 Production 

  • Final design approved
  • Order entered into production schedule
  • Materials sourced
  • Manufacturing begins
  • Quality inspections performed throughout production

  • Final inspection completed
  • Uniforms prepared for shipment
  • Delivery typically occurs 165–210 days after final approval
  • DeMoulin assists with distribution and uniform management

Please Note: While the timeline mirrors our traditional uniform workflow, Custom Performance Wear and Print-N-Go styles move through production much faster. Digital printing and streamlined manufacturing allow for shorter sample, production, and delivery timelines while still providing a high level of customization and support.

Custom Performance Wear: Approximately 10–12 weeks from art approval.

Print-N-Go: Approximately 8 weeks from art approval.
