Ordering Guidelines

Collection Styles

Designs featured on our website are part of our current
collection and are manufactured to order in the specified fabrics, colors, and
sizes of your choice. Our uDesign feature allows you to preview color
combinations and customize your look before placing an order.

Fabric swatches are available upon request. Please contact
us using the email address listed at the bottom of this page.

Minimum Order Quantities

All collection orders require a minimum purchase of 4
pieces per style.

Non-Peak Season Exception (October–April)

During our non-peak season (October through April), orders
below the 4-piece minimum may be accepted with management approval. Approved
orders below the minimum quantity will incur a $150 surcharge per
style/order.

Reorders & Fill-In Orders

Additional uniforms ordered to match a previous purchase
require submission of a sample uniform for reference.

While we make every effort to match existing uniforms, exact
color matches cannot be guaranteed, as fabric dye lots may vary from year to
year.

Some styles that are no longer featured on our website may
still be available for fill-in orders. Please contact our Customer Service
Department for availability.

Individual Team Member Orders

Directors, sponsors, and advisors who wish to allow students
to place individual orders must contact our Customer Service Department to
establish a team shopping portal. This allows members to order approved items
directly while ensuring consistency across the group.

Design Modifications

Like a style but need adjustments?

Many collection styles can be modified to better fit your
program's needs. Common modifications include:

• Adding
  or removing sleeves
• Wider
  or narrower pant legs
• Adding
  mesh to open areas
• Adding
  zippers
• Adjusting
  necklines
• Modifying
  garment length
• Other
  design enhancements

Modified styles require a minimum purchase of 8 pieces.

Once approved, modified designs become exclusive to your
organization and will remain available for reorder for five (5) years
from the date of purchase.

Additional pattern development, sampling, and production
time may apply.

Male Companion Uniforms

Many collection styles have coordinating male companion
options available or can be adapted to create one. If you need a matching male
uniform, please contact our Customer Service Department to discuss available
options.

Production & Delivery

Collection garments are made to order and are not stocked
for immediate shipment.

Current production schedules vary throughout the year. Current
timeline noted in garment info section. Please contact Customer Service for
current delivery estimates.

During peak season, we strongly recommend placing orders as
early as possible to ensure delivery prior to your performance schedule.
