Richard Kirk
Regional Sales Manager
Home Base: Studio City, CABiography
Richard started with DeMoulin Bros. and Co. in 1981. He serves his customers as a Regional Sales Manager working with band directors, booster clubs, school administrators and school board members. His passion for the activity goes all the way back to marching in high school band and in Alabama's first ever drum corps. He played Baritone and Robert W. Smith played Soprano. He got his start in uniforms volunteering as equipment manager for both the band and drum corps. So he has seen EVERYTHING that happens to a uniform, from fitting, to that mysterious unknown stain. He can also line a football field with the best of them. When he is not traveling the Western United States, you might find him surfing the 'net'.
Richard is a Recipient of the California Music Educators Association's MUSIC INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP AWARD and he has received the California Band Directors Association’s DON SCHMEER FRIEND OF MUSIC EDUCATION AWARD for his service to these organizations and their members.
