Dave LeBlanc

Biography

Dave was a instrumental music teacher and band director in the North Syracuse School District from 1972 to 2005.  During that time he was the show designer and drill writer for numerous New York and New Jersey marching bands as well as the drill designer for Syracuse University Bands for five years.  In addition, he wrote for many award-winning winter guards including the WGI Finalist Northmen and the Cicero-North-Syracuse Northstars.  Presently, he is a member of the New York State Federation Judges Association.
