DeMoulin Music Director Contest Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or claim prize.
To Enter: Beginning September 1st, 2008, and ending December 31st 2008 ("Promotion Period"), Current School Music Directors can submit their entry by completing the online survey. One entry per eligible music director.
Eligibility: Contest is open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age and older. Contestant must be the current music/performance director of a school band or other school music program at an educational institution. (e.g. Marching Band, Concert Band, Orchestra, Choral, or Guard Program) Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Selection of Winners: Between September 1st, 2008, and December 31st 2008, DeMoulin will determine which entries are valid entries and will randomly select the winner from all valid entries. DeMoulin will be the sole judge of which entries are valid entries, and its decision and selection will be final. A valid entry is a complete survey containing valid information. Winners will be notified via phone or email using the information provided on such winner's entry on or about January 1st 2009. DeMoulin is not responsible for misdirected or corrupted submissions that prohibit a winner from entering the contest, or DeMoulin from identifying or contacting a winner. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. DeMoulin is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Odds of winning are dependant upon the number of valid entries. Winners will also be posted on www.demoulin.com at time of verification of those winners.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 13" MacBook White Laptop Computer (Retail Value $1099). Three (3) 2nd Prixe winners will receive a 16GB Apple iPod Touch (Retail Value $399 each). Three (3) 3rd Prize winners will receive a Boss Dr. Beat DB-90 Metranome (Retail Value $210 each). DeMoulin Bros. & Co. reserves the right to provide a rain check or substitute a like incentive for any prize.
How to Claim a Prize: All winners will be notified by phone or email and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release, within a specified time after prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one prize per person.
Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to the official rules and decisions of DeMoulin which shall be final in all respects, and release, discharge and hold harmless DeMoulin, from all liability claims or damages based on the warranty of the prize, and by acceptance of the prize, winner agrees to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.
